Our on-site visits include a standard call-out fee, which varies based on the urgency of your request. Once on-site, service is billed at an hourly rate with a one-hour minimum. In most cases, yes — on-site visits are typically scheduled in advance to make sure a technician is available when you need them. We offer three service levels depending on urgency: Scheduled (booked at least 24 hours ahead), Same Day (when available before 3 PM), and Emergency service for urgent issues, including evenings and weekends. Yes. Valley Nerds offers remote support for many common technical issues, allowing us to assist you quickly without the need for an on-site visit. Remote sessions follow the same hourly rate structure as our on-site services — with a one-hour minimum — but there’s no call-out or travel fee. Our standard on-site billing structure applies — with hourly rates and a one-hour minimum — so you can make the most of each service call without extra call-out fees. Whether you need help with several systems, devices, or setups, our technicians are happy to handle it all in one appointment.
We offer several convenient payment options for on-site services. Our preferred methods of payment are cash or Interac e-Transfer, but we also accept all major credit cards for your convenience. Payment is typically due upon completion of the service appointment unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
